Terms of Use

Last updated: 21 October 2026

These terms are an agreement between you and Pranav Alle ("we"), the maker of Cardly. By using Cardly you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use the app.

What Cardly is

Cardly is a private wallet for your own credit and debit card details, with reminders before bills are due and before cards expire. It is a personal organiser. It is not a bank, a payment service or a financial adviser. It cannot make payments, and nothing in the app is financial advice.

Your cards and your data

Reminders

Reminders are a convenience. They depend on your phone's settings (notifications, battery saving, time zone) and may be delayed or missed. You remain responsible for paying your bills on time. We're not responsible for late fees, interest or other charges.

Your account

You sign in with Apple, Google or email so the app knows it's you. You can delete your account at any time in Settings → Delete account and cards, which also erases your cards on the phone.

Acceptable use

Don't use Cardly for anything unlawful, to store cards that aren't yours without permission, or to try to break or reverse-engineer the app's security.

The app is provided "as is"

We work hard to keep Cardly reliable and secure, but we can't promise it will be error-free or always available. To the extent the law allows, we're not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, or for loss of data, arising from your use of the app. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer law that can't be limited.

App stores

If you downloaded Cardly from the Apple App Store or Google Play, their terms also apply. Apple and Google aren't responsible for the app or for support. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these terms and may enforce them.

Changes

We may update these terms. We'll change the date above, and for significant changes we'll let you know in the app. Continuing to use Cardly after a change means you accept the new terms.

Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of Telangana, India have jurisdiction over any dispute.
